Victoria Beckham is adamant her three sons will not grow up spoilt – she is determined they will work hard for a living.
The singer rose to fame with the Spice Girls and has since launched a successful fashion line, while her soccer star husband David has earned millions from his glittering soccer career and endorsements.

But she insists ten-year-old Brooklyn, seven-year-old Romeo, and Cruz, four, will find jobs when they grow up – to give them self-respect.
She says, "They bloody well will work! Same as myself, same as David. They're not going to be the kind of kids that just hang about. I want them to fulfil their passions. I think it's important that the children grow up and have respect for themselves."

Здесь речь идет о будущем, но будущее время используется только в главной части предложения (will find), а в придаточной (после when) – настоящее (grow up, а не will grow up). Дело в том, что в придаточных предложениях времени вместо будущего времени всегда употребляется настоящее. Придаточные предложения времени вводятся союзами when, before, after, till, until, as soon as.

3. They're not going to be the kind of kids that just hang about.

Слова “work” и “job” переводятся на русский язык одинаково – “работа”, но в английском языке у них разные значения.

“Work” обозначает работу в самом широком смысле этого слова:

Susan was late for work yesterday. – Вчера Сьюзен опоздала на работу.

“Work” может быть и существительным, и глаголом, а “job” – только существительным. “Job” – исчисляемое существительное, а “work” – неисчисляемое, кроме случаев, когда мы говорим о каком-нибудь художественном произведении, научной работе и т.д.: a work of a young painter.
